Hi,

Our company will become Lead-free soon, but we still don't know what kind of lead free paste we will use (SAC305 SN100C,...)? I know that most companies use or will use SAC305 but what do you think is the most reliable paste to use in a Lead free process and why.

Thank you

Dominic Boudreau, ing. jr.
