Hi Genny,

The English language version of the Directive is 2002/95/EC. This would
refer to the direct copy as seen on the English page of the European
Commission website;
http://europa.eu.int/comm/environment/waste/weee_index.htm#contributions

I have seen the German version written as 2002/95/EG, so I am assuming that
the 2002/95/EU version is maybe another language version ?

Kindest regards,
Arnold Offner

I have seen the directive number mentioned as
2002/95/EC
And
2002/95/EU

Anyone know which is correct?
Or is it just a similar concept to "British vs American spelling", etc.
Either one is right or acceptable in most circumstances?
Colour vs color
Torino vs Turin
Aluminium vs Aluminum

Genny
