Hi Mike

You can make that statement a categorical one, i.e., The science  relative to
lead in electronic solders is simply not there.

I and many others have been looking for more than seven  years.

I wrote an article recently on the subject of the green washing  of lead-free
if you or anyone else should be interested.

Greenwashing is a relatively new term. It is the practice of calling
something environmentally friendly when all scientific evidence indicates  otherwise.

Marketer's of lead-free (including IMHO the EuP) have used evidence  gathered
from lead paint and leaded gasoline to argue their case. This  is akin to
putting an entire family on trial because one of its  members committed a crime.
It defies logic and reason.
