DC forum members,

I'm looking for some good suggestions from the DC forum...
Every so often I have a need to revisit the topic of 'PCB Job Descriptions'
and so I decided to post the general job descriptions I have in my file for
designers and managers to reference when making their job requirements known
to HR or even to a potential job candidate.

If you have a better or different description with more specifics in it I
would like to upgrade these few entries I have into a general guide for
describing the jobs we do... or for those we might want to hire. Let me know
what you expect to see in a job description for different levels of
designers. I can incorporate the changes into the descriptions or even add
other categories that are related. Feel free to critique and offer your
opinions...
