The Definition of "Homogeneous Material" = Material that
cannot be mechnically disjoined. Thresholds are Maximum
concetration values by weight in Homogeneous materials
(reference 2005/618/EC ammendment to 2002/95/EC RoHS
Directive)

Example: An Integrated Circuit, the Homogeneous Material is
the Plastic Package, Each Wire, the Semiconductor IC, the
Paddle (substrate), and the Eutectic Die Attach material.
