I recently did replace a blower. But what I found out was that the edge
hold conveyor rail, (adjustable side), is warped. It is "sagging" in the
middle and rubbing on the mesh belt, but on the ends it has space between
the rail and the mesh belt.

Thanks everyone for all your help!

Ron

Check to see if the top zone plenum cover or plenum itself is not warped.
the hardware that supports the movable rail to the thompson rod/gear track
might be hitting the plenum cover, usually the greatest amount of warp is in
the center of the cover.
(have you recently had to replace a seized blower motor?)

You can also check for play in the ball bushing that rides on the Thompson
shaft.

Royce

Has anyone in the industry come across a Heller 1500W Oven that begins to
squeak loudly once you move it in from its max width to its minimum width?
All the noise primarly happens in the middle of the oven once it passes over
the middle support rod.
