Of course, but he was asking which standard allowable tolerances were
identified in, and that would be those documents...

I did not see in the message where he was looking for fabrication
capabilities or design metrics.

Just to interject - IPC-6012/600 only provide the allowable soldermask
on land areas by annular ring or pitch dimension of SMT.  When needing
to understand the PCB fab capability during design, these standards do
not offer guidance as they are dependant on specific fabricator
capabilities.  IPC-2221 does provide a clearance metric, which is .13
mm, but should also be considered in conjunction with interconnect
design and materials selection.
