Hi  Doug,

I maybe completely off the mark here, but based on your hypothetical
description, might it not be easier just to ask your original supplier to
package in smaller amounts for you.  It seems to me that would save you
time, money (maybe?), and energy (need to keep that BP down).  You would
then be able to avoid involving companies B and C for the additional
handling and packaging fees. Plus, the company that packaged the stuff to
begin with could deal with the headache of labeling.  Seems like the obvious
thing to do here, but that may not be an option.  Just my thoughts.
