Hi Doug

I have a sneaky feeling I know what this might be about so....

IF the product is the subject of a registered "Trademark" or "Patent", then
ANYONE repackaging the product would be construed as having sought ways to
avoid the Trademark and or Patent fees that might be levied by the
"Principal". Naturally the product might, just might become compromised if
the ingredients were modified, even a little bit.

Re-badging - if you bought an old Chevvy and "tarted it up" (quaint olde
English expression) to make it look like a Rolls Royce and tried to pass it
on to someone else as such at a grossly inflated price - then you might just
get sued by RR....

....or someone might try to sell you a medication that isn't QUITE what you
thought it said on the label - ergo I thought you said Aunt Acid not
antacid....

...of course if you did all of this repackaging to make your life easier
on-site, but with the suppliers prior knowledge and blessing, then what the
heck, go ahead. Of course you might tell the supplier - "this is how I want
it delivered and this is the price I am willing to pay."

Am I getting warm or has the balmy evening air (-2DegC) in Olde Blighty got
to me?
