I have received the following information from M. Weinhold, a leading  
consultant in the Thermount* area. He has included the latest data sheet on this  
material in Acrobat format, which is attached. 
 
 
"As THERMOUNT® laminate is made by Arlon, Dielektra and  ISOLA as well as in 
Japan only, peel strength is not an issue anymore since 3  years of so.  
Normal peel strength is as good as FR4 or in some cases  (Arlon).
Having pad lifting at such large solder lands must have  an other reason. 
(Related to curing of the resin, copper type used and treatment  of copper foil).


I am sending you a performance table that is up to date  so that you will 
have latest technology information."
