        Hi Ioan:
It seems that you are in new man's land. Your very thick bricks,
pardon me boards, are not very common. I would consult with a V groove
depaneling equipment manufacturer (3K) and ask them if your design is
within their capabilities. If that is the case, order one panel and
build it. V groove paneling can be broken by hand. If you are going to
make thousands of those boards perhaps a router may be justified, some
of them are pricey (200K). You have to include the installation which
can exceed the price of the equipment due to OSHA rules.
        Regards,
        Ramon

Well Ted,

I guess everything goes together. I want to figure out first what my
depanelizing options are, then we figure out what press to use, how to
press and last how the panel will be designed.

And it seems I don't have much choice. I will either not panelize them
at all and run them in SMT inside fixtures, or I need to buy a router.
Did I get it right?

Thanks,
Ioan
