Depends.

What is "room temperature"?

What kind of solder paste? Tin/lead, tin/zinc, SAC?

What kind of flux?

What powder size?

How long was it open?

If it was a tin/lead, type 3, R0L0, just opened and then closed right
away, not left in the sun or on a radiator or on top of the reflow oven,
from a reputable solder paste manufacturer, most spec sheets will tell
you 3 to 6 months. Check the spec sheets for your individual solder
paste.

Subject: [TN] Solder Paste

If solder paste remains in a jar that has been opened, and is re-sealed
and
left at room temperature, how long before is no longer useable?

Thanks.
