I think it depends on how clean the rework area is and...what your
process is.
IF you have good controls with respect to solder paste, and, your
nozzles don't have solder on them, then, you probably don't need a
separate set of nozzles.
We have a hot air rework station and we will NOT be buying another set
of nozzles.

I'm a little weak, metallurgically...
We have a hot air rework station, with stainless steel nozzles.
Do you think it is practical to believe that the same nozzles could be
used for both Pb and Pbfree tasks without causing cross contamination?
I guess, in other words, would solder potentially stick to the nozzles,
is it possible to practically clean the nozzles between tasks, etc?
Or should we just bite the bullet and get new nozzles?
