I agree with Steve, and highly recommend reving the board. The two boards
are NOT equivalent. They require different processes, temperature profiles.
They are NOT the same. If the board is not marked somehow differently, how
can you verify that you are only shipping the RoHS compliant versions to EU?

Normally when we make changes to the fab drawing that do not effect the
gerbers, we add a number after the last revision letter, B1 for example, if
the latest revision was Rev. B. But with the change to lead free I also am
tempted to change the revision letter so as to be certain that the board in
hand is a lead free board.
