I have read with a teary eye, to all you wonderful people that want to make
the world a better place by transferring your knowledge to others. Bravo
!

But the reality is, the PCB designers are in short supply, demand is great.
My price has been going up. This is not a bad thing ? The
economics are great for us lowly PCB designers to finally have our day and
make a few bucks.
This is not our fault that corporations have been greedy, and laid off the
people that were learning our trade. They made these choices, and are
going to pay for it heartily now and in the future.

The job you save may be your own, ... go ahead train someone.. they will
take your job (or mine).

Karl <<<<<<<< devils advocate ;-)
