Brian is a real true english Marmitian gentleman! In order to support
him and spread the Marmite healthy message, I hereby give you all a good
chance to be Brian's followers of a good habit at breakfast tea. See
below. England survived hard days thanks to Marmite. Marmite given to US
soldiers in Iraq could perhaps make a bridge between arabs and the US
army. Imagine what teapartys with Marmite and scones would do! If Mr
Bush had been more sophisticated,and listened to Mr Blair, Marmite could
have been his secret weapon.

Marmite is delicious when used in moderation. 1-2 g on a slice of bread
or toast is sufficient. I have it in my lunchtime sandwich most days:
goes well with a hard-boiled egg.
