Dear all,

I have an application involving soldering GaAs onto
BeO substrate. I would like to section the solder
joint and study the metallurgy. However, the safety
officer won't allow us to section, griding and
polishing BeO in company lab. Does anyone know any
metallurgy lab handles Section and polishing BeO?

It will be great if they are in Bay Area, but not
necessary.
