I see this as "Quoted using materials IAW 4101 L21 0100 S1/S1 BB, in
lieu of note...."

Have a question on a laminate designation in a fab drawing, the

exactly how it is spelled out;

MATERIAL: LAMINATED GLASS EPOXY SHEET, COPPER CLAD PER MIL-P-13949 FL-GE
0.1
C1/0BII.

The fab drawing depicts a board with top and bottom copper.

It is the FL and the 0BII that I'm puzzled over, anyone have thoughts???
