Subject: [TN] EU Directive 67/548/EC

Good morning,
I have the ever so fun task of trying to figure out an EU Directive and how
it impacts some of our operations. Is anyone on TechNet familiar with
where I can find the text of EU Directive 67/548/EC, specifically the
Annexes, can be found, preferably in English? I've tried for an hour on
Google and can't seem to find it. Lots of references which refer to it,
but not the text itself.

Basically, what I need to figure out is if toluene is banned in the EU?
Supposedly, this Directive went into effect in October.

And I thought the US legal system was confusing..............
