I have a client with the following situation:



Soltec Maxi Wave
Model: 6523CC
Serial Number: 9603384801
Software: Soltec Communication Module, IBM/XT, Simatic PLC : SMATIC S5-100U
CPU 103
Software .exe: 652XCC

Problem: Zone 1 preheat does not turn on. Indicator light on output module
never comes on. Swapped output modules with no change (old module worked in
new slot). Verified thermocouple is working. Jumpered zone 2 control to zone
1 and got increase in zone 1 temperature, which verified element, wiring,
relay and thermocouple.



I believe the PLC code may have become corrupt and Soltec no longer supports
this version.



Any assistance or suggestions will be appreciated!
