Tugmen,
Seems to me as you nearly got military requirements, or space ones. You
don't mention what kind of storage, there are numerous conditions:
storage at room, in polluted environment, at high temperature, in
humidity etc. In general we follow this one:

http://www.dscc.dla.mil/downloads/vqgeneral/790_booklet_041101.pdf

then we fill in this tiny piece of paper:

http://www.dscc.dla.mil/downloads/VQGeneral/FEDD1718000101.pdf

and this one:

http://www.dscc.dla.mil/downloads/VQGeneral/DSCC-VQP_19P_0507.pdf

and all put their signatures on and feel good (sarchasm)..

Tugmen, there are european corresponding requirements, french, UK, german
etc, that may suit you better, but in principal very similar to the
DSCC.

Then we go to the technicalities, i.e. the testing.Technically, a
COMPLETE requalification would be VERY expensive, who will pay? Or
maybe it's enough to show your customer records from a renewed final
automatic measurement? You may use the below as a MODEL and fact source,
but it's an expensive way, as I said. A reasonable agreement with your
customer must be the best way.

another source is IEC/TR 60721-4-1:2001 which you can buy below:

Still confused, but at a higher level now?

Dear all,

I'm re-writing my question again to be able to do good explanation.
STORAGE is the one of requirements of our project.

We have to show with any analysis that the unit have to meet all
requirements of our contract specification WITHOUT COMPONENT OR PART
REPLACEMENT, ADJUSTMENT, OR MAINTENANCE AFTER BEING IN STORAGE FOR UP TO
18 MONTHS.

Regards,

Tugmen.
