Folks, I am seeking information on testing/Weibull FRL formula/calculations/data on metallized (aluminum), polypropylene insulation power capacitors (the part is rated at 60 microfarad, 600 VDC, 1500 VAC).  Do any mil specs or industry standards exist for this type or similar type capacitor?  What specific electrical screening/burn-in testing can I do on 100% of these type parts to
