Vick,
That is what I have, also. IPC-TM-650 par. 2.5.14 classifies it as being
at 1.724100 uohms/cm. Rogers specifies rolled copper at that resistance,
and plated at 1.85 uohms/cm.

Hi Vicka! Here are the numbers my references have:

For Acid copper         1.70-1.82 microohm-cm
For Pyrophosphate copper      1.73-1.75 microohm-cm

The specific bath chemistry and additives seem to push the resistivity
values around.

Does anyone have accurate information of the resistivity of plated
copper as compared to copper foil?
I have done some research and found that there are a lot of conflicting
statements out there. I have seen it published anywhere from plated
copper being 4.8 to 6 uohm cm.
