Like another who replied, I also thought about the old Tin Institute
research papers and publications back 25 years ago or longer.
We also have Plumbridge, out of the UK, who is doing Tin Pest work which
is
also a tin oxide kind of a problem. He does have a few allies that
frequent
this list.
Our buddy John Barnes's web site might also be another place to look.
John
has been working pretty hard on older research data.
Another place to search is IEEE. They have this new EXPLORE data base
for
many of their papers over the years.
