Pre-Note The Christmas truce of 1914 was really something. Just to get a
peek at the German's celebrating Christmas in the trenches enemies crawled
across no man's land and ended up singing and playing some foots ball. The
leaders had to recycle them to the rear to restart their killing.

Is it credible??

Perhaps it is old information based on lead being used in many different
processes and even medical remedies over the centuries.

Due to the fine high surface area to volume structures of needles real or
fake surface area is increased to carry all sorts of dust. Shaking any tree
yields a small cloud.  Most real trees for people with allergies is far
worst than any artifical tree. That oozing sap does wonders.

So I guess if the source of information is current and credible it could be
a health risk depending on the Lead compound.
