Unless it is the supply voltage, then high internal voltages are not the

basis for exemption.

I would think most non medical xray equipment would be considered

monitoring and measurement equipment, category 9.

Folks: Let's say lead sheeting is used to contain x-rays in a piece of

equipment which is arguably EEE. Would we agree that that sheeting (and

any

alloy in the equipment not meeting the specific characteristics in the

exemptions in RoHS Annex #6) would be fully subject to RoHS and would

cause

the equipment to be non-compliant with RoHS?
