Thanks, I am currently trying this out. The process needs to be closely monitored though. If left soaking to long it will take off component markings and silk screen information. I did have an issue where one sample left blue residue under the BGA's. Not sure whether wash did the adequate job. A previous sample did not have this issue. This has raised the concern whether this was the process to use. Length of time the coating has been on the board seems to be a factor also.
