The materials used to manufacture the fixture are the most important. I
have used other shops and have had issues with the fixtures not holding
up and would start to delaminate. The other issues are how thick the
material is that comes in contact with the solder. I have found if you
have some pockets that have less than 0.100 mils you might run into
trouble. The fixture material will start to degrade and leach solder
into the fixture. The fixture house I use also has a way of color
coding the fixtures if you want to identify them for a lead free
process. This can be important because the residual solder that might
be left on the fixture could contaminate the solder pot.

One think I like about these guys is if you need a minor change to your
fixtures they don't charge you for modifications. I have had some
fixture houses want to change me for mistakes they made designing the
fixture. Here is the link http://www.pentagon-ems.com
