Jason,
Check the Brady PAM3000 at www.bradyid.com or the Tharo PA1200 at
www.tharo.com. These are both stand-alone, I've used the Brady in a past
life. Minimum label size is .20 x.20, so your .12 x .12 is too small. The
systems work real good on single-up boards, panels will require some sort of
registration tooling (or a laser pointer) to align properly through the step
and repeats. Don't know of any benchtop systems that can do panels
automatically. Also, each label size requires a dedicated tamp applicator
sized to match the label.

Subject: [TN] Automated Labeling Systems

Does anyone here have any good leads on automated labeling systems? I'm
looking for something stand-alone, not in-line. I want to place labels
ranging from .12"x.12" to .25"x1.5" on boards ranging from 1.5"x4" to
12"x12", some panelized, some not.

Contact me offline if necessary.

TIA
