Can someone explain to me what the Letter/Numbers in a drill program mean?

The following is a line from a drill program

C0.0098F036S110.B0800Z-0.012H350

C0 = Starts the program
0098 = Drill (tool) size
F036 = Feed, but what is 036?
S110 = 11000 or 110000 RPMs
B0800 =
Z-0.012 =
H350 = 350 drill hits

Also, can someone provide a simpler method for determining chip load?

Thanks,

Franklin
