Hi Joe,

  Go directly to Agilent to find out who is subcontracting their equipment these days.  Years ago, I used to send my boards up to a house in San Jose....but since then bought two machines myself and lost track of who it was I was using back then.

  Personally however my experience with thru hole connectors like this is that wavesoldering them is the wrong process and typically they need to be selective soldered as the time needed to wet to the top of the barrel (5-20 seconds) is longer than wavesolder provides (2-5 seconds) due to the groundplanes involved.
