Some info in response to several postings today about IPC-A-610D.

IPC-HDBK-610 with Amendment 1 was released several weeks ago, as was
IPC-HDBK-001 with Amendments 1 and 2.

Each of these handbooks includes clause by clause cross references for
Versions B to C to D for the related standard. The handbooks also
provide change summaries for B to C and also for C to D versions.
