We use thermal chambers for ESS testing from -65C up to +100C.  The racks in
the chamber are metal.  I would like to cover (or spray coat) these racks
with some sort of soft(er), non-conductive (electrically and thermally)
material.  Spray coat would be good, but if something is available in sheet
form it would be ok too but it needs to have openings to ensure air flow is
retained.

Any suggestions?
