From FTIR I begin to think if the stuff can be what the chemists name
'poly (acrylic acid)ammonium salt. This is what the litterature says
about it:
1. Water-soluble anionic polymer. Ammonia is slowly lost from dry
polymers
2. use for water purifying systems

Hi Inge:
Spray a scrap bare board that has not been cleaned and observe.
Instead of spraying, brush some of the acrylic on a scrap board and
observe. Take a sprayed board out of the environment to a warm room and
let it dry there. Partial spray, partial brush and let the coating dry
in a warm environment outside the normal environment. Order a new batch
of coating and compare.

We have not solved the problem yet.
1. The Humiseal we use is 1B73
2. The thinner is 604
3. FTIR of 'crystals' gave VIGON 200 residues + poly ammoniumacrylate 4.
No problems with nozzles or spray, no webbing 5. All mixing procedures
according to Humiseal 6. Pattern does not appear until after some days
7. Pattern disappears after heat treatment of boards.
8. Humidity in air pipeline under investigation.
