Not magazines, but paid technical journals (NO advertising), there is
Circuit World, Soldering & Surface Mount Technology and Microelectronics
International. They are not cheap but do represent the highest level of
state-of-the-art technology. (Kinda sorta vested interest: I write
regular columns for all three!)
