Here I am again.

As far as I can tell, the main magazines of our industry at the circuit
pack level in the English language are SMT, Circuits Assembly and Global
SMT & Packaging.  Only the latter is still sending me hard copies that I
can read in bed. It is pretty difficult/uncomfortable to read softcopy
in bed. So other than a very good British mag, I have stopped reading
the industry press.

1) Are you guys and girls in the US still getting free copies of the
other two? They want me here in the Great White North to PAY for a hard
copy magazine.
2) Are there other magazines that I should be reading?  I'm sure there
is one that starts with "E" I am missing in my list.  (Please don't send
me a list aimed at the bare boards or components).
