Good afternoon friends. I am hoping you can help me out.  I am waaay
late getting my paper in for APEX and I need some references that talk
about PROCESS qualification of solder pastes. I have the Heraeus papers
using the Benchmarker and Benchmarker II test boards, but I not finding
anything else in the CDs that I have available to me from conferences I
have attended.

If you know of any 
e.g. John Doe, Journal of X & Y, Vol T, 199C.
Or 
Jane Doe, Proceedings of Conference M, Seattle, 2000.  

that would be great.  Thanks in advance.
