Durastone is a glass filled composite that can go to 650 F and can be
machined into various forms. We make a lot of burn in fixture parts and lead
free solder pallets from it.

Glass filled PES(polyethersulphone), and PEI(polyetherimide) and
PSF(polysulphone) are used in burn in sockets upto ~170C

Pretty sure the first 2 are machineable.

Would anyone recommend a high-temp material that can:

Be machined for various fixtures and chucks Can withstand lead-free oven
profiles Be used for 100 or more thermal cycles and
still maintain its form (down to 1mil tolerance) Does not absorb too much
heat (compared to a metal)
