Dupont VESPEL is a sintered polyimide product that machines well and should
be good for a use you describe. Not inexpensive.

Subject: [TN] High temp material

Hello all,

Would anyone recommend a high-temp material that can:

Be machined for various fixtures and chucks
Can withstand lead-free oven profiles
Be used for 100 or more thermal cycles and still maintain its form (down to
1mil tolerance)
Does not absorb too much heat (compared to a metal)

Thank you in advance,

David
