Interesting that the attachment made it across.
 
In the picture, the "Solder Tails Area" refers to the side  
opposite the contact area, with the component leads that 
are soldered into the board.  Solder Tails are the solderable
pins.
 
What concerns me most here is the finish callout for
"brighten tin".  I'd thought that sufficient word had gotten
out about the serious whisker problems with bright tin, and
that matte tin had become a de facto standard.
