Did you call one the local drill mfg'er   ie Tulon , Tycom , union tool
, quality tech etc..

They should be able to help you

Hoping someone knows where I can get a hold of 1/8th inch shank PCB
micro drill blanks (i.e without fluting or ground points) of various
sizes. I'm looking for a range of sizes, from 0.5mm to 1.6mm diameter.
Would prefer HSS instead of carbide, as this is easier to use and
machine.

 

Use in case you are interested we need these for sizing holes, and for
use in specialist routing tools we need to make up now and again.
Quantity is not large, only need about 10 off each.
