Susan,

     I misunderstood John's original setup.  I work with populated product
and have to take into account component reactions as well as board
reactions.  I know there is no way a populated industry standard board can
go to -65C/+125C and be expected to function.  That is why we use -30C/+80C
for our HALT process.  This thread is on bare boards only.

Current industry and military specifications require 100 cycles at -65C to
+125C.  You should have no barrel cracks or inner layer separations from
typical Class 3 product.  Most product that sees many years of life have
many,
many more of these cycles required of their bare boards.
