Hi Hassan,
At this time there are no valid validation/reliability tests for LF-solders,
because the necessary data to develop the acceleration models do as yet not
exist.
This is a big headache--and it is also the reason why industries with severe
use conditions, like the automotive industry, are theoretically exempt from th
RoSH provisions. Nobody knows how to validate/assure product reliability at
this time.
