A customer does have issues with soldering of ENIG..
Nothing new here

Seems to be only one batch - after Dow cleaning it gets red-brownish and
does not solder

The alternative question is - who can run tests to define the problem in a
timely fashion, Preferably in Europe / Switzerland ?
