With the help of the well-known US law firm Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati
we've been able to obtain and post an unofficial English translation of the
Chinese legislation entitled "Administrative Measures on the Control of
Pollution Caused by Electronic Information Products", or "China RoHS", as
it's commonly called. The official version is in Chinese and the Chinese
government has no plans to offer a translation any time soon.
