Hi Chris, Bev, NPL-Chris Hunt, , , IPC LF Listservers,

Gee Chris, I hope this is wrong and that the Perchards Report will be
continued or a substitute commissioned that will be equally as good or
better.

We, meaning all of us, still have a long way to go (one way or the other)
and still need to be watching the developments across the EU turf, in
several broad spectrum ways, to continue to be an "Adaptive" Project team.
An "Adaptive Project Team" is the highest and most successful of teams
according to engineering management experts. By The Way, That has been us
for years and years.

We have some great members on this list from the EU that give us great
information yet still this has been a great level-set report.
