Pb has been FOUNf in Ball Grid array solder balls while the Assembly process is LF.   Cross section of solder bump has confirmed this findings.

By using a XRF portable spectrophotometer, focused on a free part of a PCB onto the serigraphy/silkscreen,  2000 ppm of Pb was found !

Any idea where it can come from ?
