Franklin: How about a coupon for a free pepperoni pizza with each new
subscriber?? As an ex-PCB fab guy, I know that's something that may get
their interest.

Seriously, I would think IPC could do a general mail out or one targeted to
only PCB fabricators. They could urge them to visit the TechNet forum and
explain the benefits of subscription. There may be many fabricators out
there that are unaware of it's existence, don't understand the advantages of
joining or have not found the time to look into it.
