Perhaps they will be selecting the appropriate brains to distribute to the
EU parliament from the same place where Igor in Mel Brooks movie Young
Frankenstein did...

He couldn't seem to get the brains of Hans Delbruk the genius, so he
selected as a substitute... one labeled uh..."Abby someone..."

... uh, oh yes, "Abby Normal" I'm sure that's what it said...yes :)
