We currently employ the use of 2 inline spray systems and one Nordson C708, and one Asymtek Select Coat. I have been through the training for the programming, equipment operations, maintenance, and I found the systems to be quite user friendly. I have used both of these machine for 3 years and have not really had a problem with the mechanics or the software. I actually find the programming to be really fun because it is sort of a game to determine what the best solution is to coat the boards. I have also had great experience with the technical support of the machines. I have always received an answer to a problem in a timely fashion and the solutions they provided were effective. I find the customer tech support aspect "very" important when evaluating manufacturers equipment - they in my experience are near the top. Next year we are planning to replace a minimum of one of our machines with a new one to keep up with technologies and control features, but I will not sway towards another company.
I know that PVA has excellent equipment as well. One of our sister companies has one and they are very happy with it.
